Laura Andrea is a 22-year-old communications student pursuing her bachelor’s degree at West Virginia University. She is originally from Carolina, Puerto Rico and wishes visiting didn’t hurt as much as it does.
She writes about identity, latinidad, queerness, mental health, querer, and finding. Her fluency in both English and Spanish seep into her writing and make it e(spanglish) even when limiting herself to one. Her main genre is fiction, but has lately tackled poetry and non-fiction more often.
She also runs a reggaetón blog Con Dembow, which will be launching a podcast in the near future and is always open to dedicated contributors for both. Follow her on Instagram and Twitter for updates on her day to day.
